Motivation

Postby simmonssidney » Sat Apr 04, 2015 10:20 pm

I was wondering if there's a mediation on getting motivated. Like for me, I want to be motivated to be healthy and work out :) but more than often I'll go on diets and work out, but then I'm just like mehhh :( so you see, I'm motivated to meditate but I'm not motivated to work out and I want to connect the two. Meditate to get motivation. I don't want to ask the gods for help because it's not that important for them. So is there a certain meditation on it or do I have to just wing it?

Motivation is bullshit. Discipline commitment and hard work is what gets shit done.  I highly recommend you watch this video it basically answers your question in all ways: Discipline is Greater than Motivation

There are probably some runes to vibrate to help you with determination and motivation.

Thanks dalightskin. I didn't think of that. I'm sure runes will help. I really didn't think of that. Damn.

My own personal advice is if you don't enjoy something at least be fully present when doing it. But don't just ignore the present and focus just on the future goal because you "have to", that's usually a very disastrous thing.

For example, practice void meditation when doing work outs. Don't just focus on motivation or discipline or whatever, just be fully present and accept the exercise you're doing, focus on the feelings in your body and not any opinions/complaints/whatever. This way you'll begin to enjoy things.

Whatever you do make sure you're fully focused on the present.

@Yog Sothoth: Both motivation and discipline are bullshit, especially when it comes to Spiritual workings and spiritual empowerment. What you need to do is enjoy what you're doing and not just do it to reach for some goal. This way you ensure you completely focus on what you're doing and don't resist it. Discipline and hard work always implies resistance and pushing yourself and doing things you don't enjoy, so you'll be tired, exhausted and frustrated if you do that eventually. Even if you do get the work done with this, you'll be in a bad state and you'll probably hate the whole thing. This happens all the time where people became successful but they resented it because they "worked hard" and didn't have any fun in the meantime. The very best is doing things playfully, and don't pushing yourself at all.

Motivation

Postby ninawolf927 » Sun Mar 11, 2018 12:23 am

Hello brothers and sisters.
Today I was feeling kind of down, and in mood like that I prefer just not to do anything. And that, got me thinking a bit. What keeps some of us so motivated to do things, like to just find time for meditations and yoga. Usually i'm really struggling with lack of time for meditation, although even so, I can never start or end my day without chakra cleaning, chakra spinning and aura of protection. I also do yoga everyday, but some days I don't have time or will to do it.
Also even if I have spare time, and I want to meditate, I'll still end up doing something else like reading or sleeping or just anything. I've been dedicated for over a year now, and I feel like I could've reached much more and could've meditated so much more if it wasn't for my lack of motivation to do anything.
And so i'm curious, maybe some of you could share your experiences? What keeps you motivated everyday, what makes you choose to meditate on spare time instead of doing something "fun"? Have you always been working hard on meditations since the day you dedicated, or did it take time?
Hail Satan!

Hi Nina,

I made a post asking similar question, check it out:
https://ancient-forums.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3083

Now for my experience and advice.
I would recommend you to get into routine, it will be difficult at the beginning, but it will be worth it in the long run.

For example, in the morning when you wake up you do Hatha yoga , clean and empower your aura and do a chakra spin (you might even close them if you will be around negative people).

And before you go to sleep do Kundalini yoga, clean and empower your aura and add some other workings or meditations of your choosing.

Don't make your spare time only about meditation, it's okay to do things you like. Don't feel bad about wanting to do something fun.

For me, it's still up and down ride with meditations, but I got into a routine and do what I recommended you above. I know I will start making serious progress when I get my own place and become independent, but until then I have to be patient.

Thing that drives me to meditate and do RTRs( especially them) is loyalty to Father Satan and the joy of being his soldier. Oh almost, I find that National Socialist song are extremely motivating. Check my posts with some songs:
Naturally, Hitler's speeches will fill you with amazing energy too.

It also depends on the person and the state they are in. Some will be extremely serious and meditate really hard while others will take their time. I stopped meditating and doing RTRs couple of times, but I always came back and now I have unrelenting resolve and will never stop doing meditations and RTRs.

Hope this helped :)
